Adv. Thato Moeeng is the current Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee at the NAMC. She is a Practising Advocate running her own legal practice.

Adv. Thato Moeeng (Ms) holds the following qualifications; a Master of Business Leadership (MBL), LLB Degree, BIuris Degree (Cum Laude), Post-Graduate Programme in Executive Development, Advanced Management Development Programme

Her 22 years year of experience spans across Law/Legal Regulatory, Compliance and Research, Litigation, Corporate Governance, Audit, Risk and Investigations, Strategy Development & Implementation, Investigations, Public administration, Municipal and Private Sector Regulations and performance monitoring, Leadership, Performance management, Business management, Financial management, Stakeholder management. Her membership in various Boards, Councils and Board Committees, coupled with her passion in the legal fraternity and Corporate Governance, brings the much-needed resource to the NAMC.
