MR. LUVUYO MABOMBO

Luvuyo Mabombo is an experienced governance expert who has served numerous organisations, both in public and private sector at executive management and leadership levels. His expertise includes corporate governance (incl. board level governance), policy development, strategy, ICT, risk management and compliance. He spent more than 20 years at executive management in private & public sector. Some of these include running own strategy consultancy firm, chief executive officer at public entities and board level roles. In the past 10years he has served in numerous audit committees and certain instances as chairperson. Mr Mabombo possesses a BComm Accounting degree and is a Certified Director ® with the Institute of Directors SA.
