This is the inaugural issue of the Farm-to-Retail Price Spreads (FTRPS) report which will henceforth be published quarterly by the NAMC.  This publication attempts to provide more insight into the factors driving commodity and food price margins. The August 2015 issue provides information on FTRPS on the wheat-to-bread, maize-to-maize meal, beef, poultry, lamb, pork and milk value chains.
