The TradeProbe is published by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) and the National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC). The publication provides an insight on agricultural product and market profiles. It also covers special topics on agricultural trade. The September 2015 – Issue No. 59 of the TradeProbe report covers product profile for spices, South Africa’s maize industry, harmonization of international commercial law, non-tariff measures in agricultural trade and the role of South Africa in intra-African foreign investment.
